The term "data" includes but is not limited to:

User/Client/Customer/Individual Name, Email Address/es, Phone Number/s, Fax Number/s, URL address/es, or other static information.

Submission of User/Client/Customer/Individual Name, Email Address/es, Phone Number/s, Fax Number/s, URL address/es, or other static information are considered Private, and will only be used by my company, i.e. "ME" as a means to contact you.

Submission of Data:

Although there I do not require any information to be submitted, it is strongly recommended that you initiate contact if you are interested in obtaining any service that I offer. Providing the means to contact you is your responsibility.

Submission of data is solely the act of the submittor and is not required.

If you take the time to leave me your info, I will respond in a timely fashion.

While my company will take the utmost precaution to protect your information, I am not responsible for 3rd party interference, interruption or interception.
